An integrated lighting ceiling is a unified system in which LED luminaires are flush-integrated into metal ceiling panels and all wiring is concealed within the ceiling. It offers UGR<19 comfort options, DALI/1-10V control, IP44 solutions for humid areas and A2-s1,d0 fire classification; typical production time is 2-4 weeks.
The integrated lighting ceiling turns lighting from a separate piece of equipment into part of the architecture: LED luminaires sit flush within metal panels, wiring and connections are concealed in the ceiling, and the ceiling surface delivers a continuous light architecture. Separate hangers, grey gaps and misaligned luminaires disappear.
Integration options include LED panel modules in 600x600 and 600x1200 mm, linear light lines running along the ceiling and backlit perforated surfaces. Panels are coated with RAL 9010 white powder coating with a light reflectance above 0.85, so luminaire output is used efficiently in the space. UGR < 19 comfort-class options provide suitable visual comfort for offices and work areas.
The system is designed with quick connectors and in-ceiling cable channels: LED modules are removed and refitted without tools, and maintenance or module renewal is completed in minutes. DALI and 1-10V dimming compatibility connects the system to smart building and daylight-sensing scenarios; IP44-rated luminaire options are available for humid areas. Luminaire heat is managed through air circulation behind the panel and heat-dissipating channels.
For spaces with acoustic needs, panel versions with acoustic fleece achieve sound absorption of NRC 0.55-0.80. Metal panels achieve class A2-s1,d0 per EN 13501-1; the system is installed in compliance with the EN 13964 suspended ceiling standard and lighting components are supplied CE compliant.
Installation covers coordination of module layout according to the lighting plan, erection of the carrier, routing of the wiring and fitting of luminaire panels with quick connectors. Photometric checks and dimming tests are performed before handover. Typical production time is 2-4 weeks. Open-plan offices, shopping malls, terminal halls, hospital policlinics, showrooms and educational buildings are the main application areas.

Instalare și aplicare
