metaltavan.com is the presentation and information website of a manufacturer and exporter of metal ceiling systems. Product information on the site is for general information purposes and does not constitute binding commercial offers.

Products and projects are mostly made to order. The final price, quantity, technical specification and delivery time are fixed by written quotation and order confirmation. Images on the site are representative.

Prices are stated in the written quotation and remain valid until the confirmation date, subject to material costs and exchange rates. Payment terms are defined in the order confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates; for made-to-order production they start after order confirmation, approval of technical drawings and advance payment. Delivery terms (EXW, FOB, CIF etc.) are stated in the order confirmation.

Our products carry a manufacturer's warranty covering conformity with the ordered specification; the warranty period varies by product group and is stated in the written quotation. Faulty installation, accidents or improper use are excluded.

Made-to-order products are not returnable; for manufacturing defects we offer repair, remanufacture or discount solutions.

All texts, images, logos and technical documents on the site belong to the Company and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.

The Company is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the information on this website. Technical responsibility for product application and project suitability lies with the responsible architect or installer.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Istanbul courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction over disputes.
