A CNC cut custom ceiling panel is a decorative solution that laser-cuts logos, lettering and patterns into metal ceiling panels. Made from galvanized steel or aluminum, panels are class A2-s1,d0, accept any RAL color, and are typically produced in 2-4 weeks depending on pattern complexity.

The CNC cut custom ceiling panel is a decorative solution in which corporate logos, graphic patterns, lettering and ornamental motifs are cut into the metal surface with millimeter precision using laser technology. Carrying brand identity into the physical space, these panels turn the ceiling into a three-dimensional brand surface in lobbies, stores and corporate entrance areas.

DX51D+Z galvanized steel (0.5-1.0 mm) or AA3005 aluminum (0.6-1.0 mm) sheet is processed on CNC laser and turret punch lines from DXF-based programs. Perforation diameters start from 1.5 mm; free patterns, logo cut-outs, lettering and pixel-image formats can all be applied. Panels adapt to clip-in, lay-in or hook-on carriers and can be used on both flat surfaces and curved details.

The surface portfolio includes polyester powder coating in any RAL color, anodizing, mirror and wood-look finishes. Acoustic fleece or a colored backing plate placed behind the perforation creates strong contrast effects; the same combination provides sound absorption of alpha-w 0.60-0.70 measured per EN ISO 354. Panels with backlighting present the logo and pattern at night with a showcase-like glow.

In terms of standards, panels achieve class A2-s1,d0 per EN 13501-1 and the system is installed with EN 13964-compliant carriers. Powder coating applied over a chromate-free conversion layer provides long-term color stability and scratch resistance indoors. For maintenance, each panel detaches independently without losing plenum access.

Installation is as fast as modular systems: the grid or concealed carrier is installed and panels are clipped or hooked in place. Typical production time is 2-4 weeks depending on pattern complexity. Corporate headquarters lobbies, bank branches, luxury retail stores, hotel receptions, showrooms and exhibition stands are the main application areas; our design team converts your AutoCAD/DXF files into production programs with sample approval.

Beszerelés és alkalmazás

  1. 1 The pattern file (DXF/AutoCAD) is converted into a production program by the technical office and a sample is approved.
  2. 2 The carrier system (clip-in, lay-in or hook-on) is installed with laser level.
  3. 3 Plenum services and lighting connections are completed.
  4. 4 Panels are clipped or hooked in sequence and joint alignments are adjusted.
  5. 5 Backlight testing, cleaning and project handover are completed.
