Модулни метални тавански панели

Метална таванна система hook-on

Метален таван hook-on, при който панелите висят на скрит носач чрез механизъм с куки; всеки панел се демонтира поотделно с отваряне надолу.

Кратък отговор

A hook-on metal ceiling is a modular suspended system where panels hang from a concealed carrier by hook mechanism and each panel can be lowered and removed independently. Made from galvanized steel or aluminum, panels are class A2-s1,d0 and reach NRC 0.55-0.85 with acoustic fleece; typical production time is 2-4 weeks.

The hook-on metal ceiling system is a professional suspended ceiling in which panels hang from a concealed carrier grid via a hook mechanism. Offering a flush surface appearance while allowing each panel to be lowered individually, it is one of the most practical modular alternatives for maintenance and service access.

Panels are produced from DX51D+Z galvanized steel (0.5-0.8 mm) or AA3005 aluminum (0.6-1.0 mm) per EN 10346. Flat, micro and tegular edge profile options provide either a seamless look or a light relief effect; besides 600x600, 600x1200 and 300x1200 mm standard modules, custom sizes are available.

The surface portfolio includes powder coating in any RAL color, polyester, anodizing and wood-look finishes. Micro-perforation combined with acoustic fleece achieves sound absorption of NRC 0.55-0.85 measured per ASTM C423, contributing significantly to reverberation control in hospitals, offices and terminals. Linear lighting, HVAC diffusers and sprinkler drops are integrated with matching frames.

For fire safety, panels achieve class A2-s1,d0 per EN 13501-1, and the system is installed in compliance with the EN 13964 suspended ceiling standard. The hook connection releases a panel in two movements: first down, then sideways; plenum maintenance is therefore accelerated without damaging the panel.

Installation consists of erecting the hook-on concealed carrier on 4 mm galvanized wires at laser level and hanging the panels in sequence; the system is commissioned quickly. Typical production time is 2-4 weeks. Hospitals, airports, office buildings, shopping centers, data centers and technical corridors are the main application areas, and easily cleanable surfaces add an advantage in hygiene-sensitive facilities.
